Day 1:  Arrive at Kigali International Airport Rwanda And Transfer To Volcanoes National Park. Enjoy Nice Views of Rwandan Hillsides

Arrive at Kigali International Airport Rwanda, meet your driver guide and transfer to Volcanoes National Park 116km about 2.5hrs drive enjoying the scenic views of Rwandan hillsides that have formed the background of its naming as the land of a thousand hills.

Day 2: Adventure Hike to Bisoke Volcano & Relax

After breakfast, embark on the hike to Bisoke Mountain. Rising to 3711m above sea level, the Bisoke Volcano is part of the eight-mountain chain and offers an impressive volcanic climb.

Commencing at 7am at the Kinigi headquarters, the Bisoke Mountain hike involves a drive to the trail head after which you embark on the climb through lush mountain flora before approaching the beautiful crater and the summit.

Upon reaching the top, you enjoy the magical scenery of all other seven Volcanoes. The encounter takes 7hours of round trip. You retreat to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast after which you transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park about 4 – 5 hours’ drive via Cyanica boarder enjoying incredible views of Virunga Volcanoes – a chain of eight volcanic Mountains straddling from Uganda through Rwanda to Democratic Republic of Congo.

Arrive in the afternoon and spend the evening at leisure preparing for the gorilla trek.

Day 4: Do Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable NP & Transfer Back to Kigali

Congregate at the starting point for gorilla trekking for briefing at 8am, present the permits and undergo registration, after which you head to the Impenetrable forest in search the endangered Mountain Gorillas.

In the company of armed ranger guides, you follow the track of the allocated gorilla group, explore the lush flora, birds and other forest dwelling fauna before approaching the Gorilla family.

Enjoy the great one hour with these gentle giants as they forage and socialize, their frightening eyes nestled in their gigantic body will occasionally come to direct contact with your eyes while the young ones exhibit their playful tactics with the mighty Silverback in control. From the activity which takes between 2 – 8 hours, you transfer to Kigali to mark the end of the tour.
